WHEN WILL 2025 TICKETS GO ON SALE?We are planning to launch ticket sales on September 15, 2025, mark your calendars! VIP and VVIP TICKETS sell fast.

HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?VVIP Tickets are $100 each. The ultimate ANYTIME OVER THE ENTIRE WEEKEND pass for those who favours maximum flexibility and the opportunity to skip the line during peak time slots. 2025 VVIP ticket holders will also have access to exclusive 20th Anniversary Add-on Specials. VIP Tickets are $88 each. VIP ticket holders enjoy flexible entry at any time on the selected day (Saturday or Sunday) and the opportunity to skip the line. Regular Tickets are $60 each. It offers ticket holders entry during the specific time slot selected, on the date selected. This is perfect for those we are able to plan ahead. Please note, taxes and service fees may apply. 100% of the proceeds go towards supporting YWCA Metro Vancouver's Housing Action Fund.

HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?Each regular entry tickets are available for a two-hour window. You are welcome to come anytime during the time slot you purchase. Saturday, November 15, 2025 11am - 1pm 1pm - 3pm 3pm - 5pm Sunday, November 16, 2025 11am - 1pm 1pm - 3pm 3pm - 5pm VIP ticket holders can select either Saturday or Sunday. VVIP ticket holders can come anytime during the entire weekend. Homes For The Holidays is a self-guided tour, and we estimate that it will take about an hour and a half to complete the tour at a leisurely pace. This provides plenty of time to check out Silent Auction, Terrace of Trees and Boutique Boulevard and enjoy some refreshments!

CAN I PURCHASE GROUP TICKETS?Group tickets are available to purchase at a discount in blocks of 10 or 20, please email info@homesfortheholidays.ca to tell us about your purchase, we will send you a unique coupon code to apply for discount upon check-out. Discounts are as follows: 10% discount on blocks of 10 tickets 15% discount on blocks of 20 tickets

CAN I PURCHASE ANY OF THE DÉCOR AT THE EVENT?Yes! Limited quantity of trees from Terrace of Trees will be available for purchase Wreaths are available for purchase in advance online Ornaments are available for purchase at Boutique Boulevard A fun, whimsical and elegant curation of art, dining, wellness, home goods, and travel experiences will be available to purchase through our Silent Auction

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?Tickets are online only. Please purchase your tickets in advance by visiting our website.

IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?Yes! The main entrance to Cecil Green Park House is on the south side of the building on the driveway off Cecil Green Park Road. This entrance includes a ramp and is level and accessible with a push-button door.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?There are many delicate and breakable items at this event - we encourage you to keep the little ones at home (with the exception of babies in arms).

IS THERE PARKING?UBC Parking is generously offering free parking to Homes For The Holidays guests during the event in the lot closest to Cecil Green Park House. In the unlikely case that this lot is full, pay parking is available at the Rose Garden Parkade at 6278 NW Marine Drive, next to the Chan Centre.

IS THE EVENT INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?The event is both an indoor/outdoor. Please dress in layers and appropriately for the weather.

DO YOU HAVE REFRESHMENTS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?For your enjoyment, there will be a selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase at the Wine Bar.

IS MY TICKET REFUNDABLE?Tickets are non-refundable and not for re-sale. You can transfer your tickets to others within the same allotted time slot and day.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY PRE-ORDERED WREATH?Wreaths Pick Up will be set up near the exit for your convenience. Homes For The Holidays team will assist you in picking up your pre-ordered wreath near the exit. If you wish to purchase additional wreaths, one of our team members can also assist you.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY AUCTION ITEMS?If your auction item is a physical item, our volunteer will contact you for a pick up time to pick up your item at the YWCA Metro Vancouver office at 535 Hornby Street Vancouver, BC. If your auction item is a digital certificate, one of our auction volunteers will email you the corresponding item upon conclusion of the event within the next business day.
