VVIP Tickets are $110 each. The ultimate ANYTIME OVER THE ENTIRE WEEKEND pass for those who favour maximum flexibility and the opportunity to skip the line during peak time slots. 2026 VVIP ticket holders will receive 1 Free Drink Ticket and entry to the exclusive Designer Happy Hour event on Friday, November 20 from 5pm-7pm. VIP Tickets are $88 each. VIP ticket holders enjoy flexible entry at any time on the selected day (Saturday or Sunday) and the opportunity to skip the line. Regular Tickets are $65 each. It offers ticket holders entry during the specific time slot selected, on the date selected. This is perfect for those who are keen to plan ahead. Attending with a group? Purchase a 4 pack of tickets for the price of three at $195. New this year: Youth and Students tickets are $25 each. Please note student ID must be presented at the door. Please note, taxes and service fees may apply. 100% of the proceeds go towards supporting YWCA BC's Housing Action Fund.

Homes For The Holidays is a self-guided tour, and we estimate that it will take about an hour and a half to complete the tour at a leisurely pace. This provides plenty of time to check out the Silent Auction, Terrace of Trees and Boutique Boulevard as well as enjoy live music and refreshments! Each regular entry ticket is available for a two-hour window. You are welcome to arrive anytime during the time slot you purchase. Saturday, November 21, 2026 11am - 1pm 1pm - 3pm 3pm - 5pm Sunday, November 22, 2026 11am - 1pm 1pm - 3pm VIP ticket holders can select either Saturday anytime between 11am and 5pm or Sunday anytime between 11am and 3pm. VVIP ticket holders can attend anytime Saturday between 11am and 5pm or Sunday anytime between 11am and 3pm.

Yes! Wreaths are available for purchase in advance online after tickets sales go live on September 14, 2026. Ornaments are available for purchase for $20 each at Boutique Boulevard. Our Silent Auction offers a fun, whimsical and elegant curation of art, dining, wellness, home goods, and travel experiences for bidding (many excellent holiday gifts to be found!). Raffle prizes will be available. More details to come in September 2026. A limited quantity of trees from Terrace of Trees will be available for purchase.

Yes! The main entrance to Cecil Green Park House is on the south side of the building on the driveway off Cecil Green Park Road. This entrance includes a ramp and is level and accessible with a push-button door.

There are many delicate and breakable items at this event - we encourage you to keep the little ones at home (with the exception of babies in arms).

UBC Parking is generously offering free parking to Homes For The Holidays guests during the event in the lot closest to Cecil Green Park House. In the unlikely case that this lot is full, pay parking is available at the Rose Garden Parkade at 6278 NW Marine Drive, next to the Chan Centre.

The event has both indoor and outdoor experiences. Please dress in layers and appropriately for the weather.

For your enjoyment, there will be a selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase at the Wine Bar.

Tickets are non-refundable and not for re-sale. You can transfer your tickets to others within the same allotted time slot and day. Please contact us at info@homesfortheholidays.com to make those arrangements.

The Homes For The Holidays team will assist you in picking up your pre-ordered wreath near the exit. If you wish to purchase additional wreaths, one of our team members can also assist you.

A member of our auction team will contact you by email at the end of the auction to schedule a pick-up appointment. If your item is a physical prize, an appointment is required to ensure it is ready for collection. If your item is a digital certificate, it will be emailed to you within 3 business days after the event concludes. Mailing is only available for gift cards and gift certificates. All other items must be picked up in person by appointment. Please do not visit the YWCA BC office without a confirmed appointment with our Homes For The Holidays auction team.
