FESTIVE SEASON EVENT!
QUINTESSENTIAL
On Saturday, November 15 and Sunday, November 16, we'll bring together award-winning interior design teams with professional florists and home décor retailers all within one venue: UBC’s iconic Cecil Green Park House. It's a magical event, made even more special because all proceeds directly support YWCA Housing Action Fund!
The cliff-top mansion is transformed to showcase uniquely festive décor ideas ranging from tablescapes to room vignettes for you to reimagine in your own home. Our guests will enjoy a self-guided tour with music and refreshments as they wander through the exquisitely decorated rooms of one of Vancouver’s most prestigious properties.

TERRACE OF TREES
After touring the beautifully decorated rooms at the Cecil Green mansion, wander outside to the covered Terrace of Trees overlooking the gorgeous gardens of Cecil Green Park. We hope you’ll take time to linger here and admire the sponsored trees — all tastefully decorated by professional designers.
SILENT AUCTION
On the terrace, you can also peruse the items in our carefully curated Silent Auction – we hope you’ll place some bids on anything that catches your eye. Not only will you get an early start on your holiday shopping, but you’ll be directly supporting the young people who need it most!
BOUTIQUE BOULEVARD
New this year! Homes For The Holidays Boutique Boulevard! We are delighted to present a picturesque boulevard of evergreens. Each tree will be brimming with its own carefully chosen holiday ornament that promises to add a touch of magic to your own festive décor. Choose a take-home ornament to serve as a cherished reminder of the season.
FROM OUR CHAIR
MESSAGE
Welcome to Homes For The Holidays—THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION!
The evolution of Homes For The Holidays has been exciting to watch with the event adapting to societal and even global changes since its inception. Like the homes it has featured, our beloved event has also undergone its share of makeovers. It has gone from multi-home to virtual tours to our current single-venue iteration at the grand and prestigious Cecil Green Park House. But one thing has never changed: its commitment to youth-related charities! Over the years, Homes For The Holidays has raised much needed funds for a number of local philanthropic organizations. This year, we are so proud to raise money for the YWCA's Housing Action Fund which aims to develop safe and affordable homes for single mothers and their children, providing a stable environment, free of domestic violence, for families to grow and thrive in. Secure moms gain confidence and mirror that confidence to their children, leading to healthy, happy youth.

Homes For The Holidays' commitment also extends to showcasing the very best in holiday decorating. Against a backdrop of live musical performances, Vancouver's top designers partner with leading florists and home décor vendors to unveil breathtaking holiday designs. Popular highlights such as our Wreath Sale, Boutique Boulevard, and the beautifully curated Silent Auction are all back – along with inspiring surprises – making it a one-stop-shopping event!
We warmly invite new guests and old friends, alike, to join us on November 15 and November 16, 2025 as we weave tradition, philanthropy, and new experiences into every minute of our 20th Anniversary Extravaganza!
